Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds on any goods sold.

If there are any issues with your order that are the result of an error in our packaging or handling of the goods, please let us know and we'll make it right. We can do our best to provide replacements or credit your next order, upon review of your request.

We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees.
