What are your payment options?

Upon review of your order, expect an invoice in the email address you have provided. Invoices will be sent via Square. Payment is required to confirm your order.


Delivery Methods

Socially Distanced pick-ups are preferred for now in Sunnyside, Queens.

We ship out our cookies on Mondays via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Overnight Shipping is upon request (shipping costs to be billed to customers).

We will be sending an email including the tracking number for your goodies. It usually takes between 2-4 days for your package to arrive.


Are all items available for shipping/delivery

Because most of our products are temperature-sensitive, only our Cookies and Pandesal can be shipped to our customers safely until we can work out a better alternative.

Sari-Sari Box: Unfortunately, This is not available for shipping*


If I request a specific delivery/shipping date should I expect my item on that day?

We do everything in our power to have your order arrive on the delivery/shipping date that you have chosen. Occasionally, items can experience delays due to bad weather or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information or carrier drop-off policies.

For this reason, we strongly recommend you request items to arrive 2+ days before you really need them.

All of the products we send out are made and packed with the intention of letting you choose between serving them immediately or storing them for a later date. Just follow the instructions included in your box, most products will remain fresh in your fridge or freezer for a few days, up to a couple of weeks.


Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24hours before they are due to be picked up or shipped from our kitchen. Please contact us at whiskpastry.nyc@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Please be sure to include in the subject line that you’re seeking a cancellation, (i.e. [Cancellation] Order # and Full Name).

There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any items once shipped.

Please double check the address you have provided for items being shipped. WhiskPastryNYC is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.


When can I pick-up my goodies

Wednesday & Saturdays are our designated pick-up days, but for special orders, just give us at least 3 days to prepare your request. You can also check out our calendar (order forms) for available pick-up days


Allergy Info - (Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Tree Nuts)

Our team tries our best to limit cross-contamination, but please note that all our products are made using shared equipment, which process dairy, eggs, tree nuts and wheat.


Do you do events?

Yes! We can customize your dessert table, wedding cakes and other celebratory cakes to make your event one of a kind. Send us an email at whiskpastry.nyc@gmail.com


Do you deliver outside of the U.S.

Sorry, we can’t accommodate orders outside of the U.S. for now.
